Hey all, I've been stuck in office life for years and want to try something active like boxing, jiu-jitsu, or even casual hockey leagues. It's intimidating starting as a beginner, especially with no gear or experience. Anyone here in Canada pick up new contact sports later in life? How do you handle protection (mouthguards etc.) and avoid injuries when you're not young anymore?
