Aya Mohamed

Human Resources and Program Coordinator

Aya Mohamed is Muslim American community member and activist of Allentown. Aya grew up in Allentown her entire life and lived in NYC for 7 years before ultimately moving back to her hometown. Aya is the mother of two beautiful boys who she wants to make the world a better place for. She went to Penn State where she received a medical assistant degree and started going to school for nursing before dedicating herself to make change in her community. Aya has been an active member of Make the Road PA before becoming a canvasser and working her way up to field organizer and then a field manager. Aya was eager to learn more and excited to make such a difference not only at the local level, but nationwide by running large scale programs to get Joe Biden elected in PA. After the elections and nearly two years working with MRPA, she became the Civic Engagement and Data Coordinator to continue to build an even stronger infrastructure to the field team.
