Building a mobile community hub for events
For our local community events, we’ve been looking for a shelter that’s more inviting and durable than a basic plastic gazebo. We finally invested in a canvas wall tent from the Coody line at Hot Tent. It has been a huge success for our outdoor meetings. The setup is entirely inflatable, so two of us can have it ready in about 10 minutes. It feels much more solid and "official" for our members to gather in, and the canvas material is great for keeping the interior cool during summer rallies. If your organization needs a portable, high-quality headquarters, this is a much better long-term investment than cheap retail gear.
